Background : The purpose of this study was to evaluate apical debris extrusion in curved root canals using a specific file system.METHODS:50 human mandibular molars were extracted and chosen for the study, ranging between 20 40 degree curvature radii <10mm randomly assigned 2 groups (n=20) according kinematics used canal preparation ( reciprocating motion with waveone gold system) Manual Technique. apically extruded collected eppendorf tubes. tubes are stored an incubator 5 days. time recorded each instrumentation procedure recorded. Results: Wave One Gold system is associated less as compared technique. Conclusion Under conditions both Reciprocating technique caused some degree. WaveOne manual
